Below is our clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Products

The following items may be returned:

  • Unworn and unused products in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Defective or damaged items received upon delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after receipt.
  • Products missing original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if any).

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@styledgent.shop with the following information:

  • Your order number (from the confirmation email).
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the item (especially for defective or damaged products).

6. Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return request is approved, please:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include all original tags and labels.
  3. Ship the item to the following address:

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Timeframe: 7–10 business days from the date we receive the item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).

9. Product Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item first. After we receive it, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

10. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@styledgent.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.

11. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us right away. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ship the correct one at no extra cost.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process above.
