Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

  • Unworn and unused items with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged.
  • Items that are missing tags, labels, or original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@styledgent.shop with the following information:

  • Order number (found in your order confirmation email).
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable, especially for defective or damaged products).

6. Instructions for Returning Products

Once your return request is approved, please follow these steps:

  1. Repack the product securely in its original packaging (if available).
  2. Include any original tags and labels (if applicable).

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not charge processing or restocking fees.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned product.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) used for the purchase.

9. Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you will need to return the original item first. After we receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the product you want to exchange it for.

10. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@styledgent.shop with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the damaged or faulty product.
  • Description of the damage or fault.

We will offer you a replacement or full refund depending on your preference, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

11. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at support@styledgent.shop. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item.

12. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or payment method. It may take some time for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.
