Order Cancellation & Change Policy – Styledgent

Below is our clear and detailed policy regarding order cancellations and changes. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM EST (Monday – Saturday).

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

How to request cancellation:

  • Email us at support@styledgent.shop
  • Include your order number (from the confirmation email) and the reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return the items after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Order Changes

Before your order is processed or shipped, you may request the following changes:

  • Shipping address
  • Product size, color, or style
  • Quantity

How to request a change:

  • Email us at support@styledgent.shop
  • Include your order number and the exact changes you would like to make.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible. You would need to return the item(s) after delivery and place a new order if needed.

4. Changing Your Shipping Address

Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at support@styledgent.shop with your order number and the new correct shipping address.

After the order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package has already shipped, you can track it and, if necessary, return it after delivery.

5. Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you need to return the items after delivery.

6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order and it has not yet been processed, we will cancel the duplicate order for you. Please contact us immediately at support@styledgent.shop with both order numbers.

7. Product Availability & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer the following options:

  • Choose a replacement item
  • Receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item
  • Wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable)

8. Payment Issues & Fraud Prevention

If your payment fails, you will be notified and may need to update your payment details. We may perform additional security checks if we detect any unusual activity. In such cases, we will contact you directly for verification.
