Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat). Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) or on Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (EST), Monday to Saturday.

2. Requesting an Order Cancellation

When Can Orders Be Canceled? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Reason for cancellation.
