1. Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship only within the United States. Our delivery partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

3. Order Processing Time

We process and prepare orders within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday). During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer, and we will notify you if any delay occurs.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate Standard Shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. Additional fees may apply if you choose expedited shipping options (if available at checkout).

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday – Saturday), depending on your location and the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if delivery is refused, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund (shipping fees are non-refundable in this case).
